Sanctuary by the Sea
June 2 - 5, 2026
Clinton, CT.
Hello Beautiful Souls,
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been hinting about some new offerings emerging from The Sanctuary. Now feels like the right time to share one of them more fully.
This June I will be hosting a small ocean retreat called Sanctuary by the Sea.
For four days we will gather in a beautiful beach house just steps from the ocean. The retreat is intentionally designed for a small group of women, creating space for a more personal and spacious experience together.
Our days will move with a natural rhythm of ocean walks, shared conversations, meditation, journaling, and time simply to rest and breathe. We’ll welcome the sunrise and sunset, walk out along the sand at low tide, and allow the ocean and the elements to help reset our nervous systems and reconnect us to what truly matters.
During our time together, each woman will also receive a two-hour massage and a 90-minute Joy Symbol reading, along with a special creative afternoon at the home and gardens of artists Sue and David Millen. Their property is filled with extraordinary sculptures placed throughout beautifully curated gardens. Sue and David, now both in their 80s, have spent a lifetime creating art and living a life of creativity and beauty. We’ll wander the grounds, visit Sue’s studio, and spend time in David’s sculpture studio, where each of us will create a small piece to take home as a reminder of our time together by the sea.
This is a space for women who feel ready to step away from the pace of daily life and enter a deeper space of reflection, clarity, and renewal.
In many ways, the cottage becomes a sanctuary for a few days, a place where the noise of the world softens, conversations deepen, and something new has the space to emerge.
Each woman who comes will move through her own quiet unfurling, emerging into the next version of herself in her own time, in her own way.
Our gathering will take place June 2–5 in Clinton, Connecticut.
The investment for Sanctuary by the Sea is $3333.
